The cost is $20 per tournament registration with the exception of the clay court tournament. To cover the cost of court reservations the cost is $30 per registration. Payments are accepted as cash only at tournament check in. Although not required, it would help us out to bring the exact amount. Please register in advance for all tournaments.

Liability Release: By entering a SWMO Tennis Series tournament, I give permission for participation in any and all activities at the tournament.  I hereby release said tournament, any sponsors, school districts wherein courts are located, all their employees/volunteers, series director, and any other agents from all claims on account of injuries or claims that may arise from participating. I also give permission for all tournament representatives to seek medical attention for my child, if deemed necessary.

If you register for a tournament and are unable to attend, please contact the tournament director as soon as possible.

Players who fail to show up without contacting the tournament director may be blocked from registering for future events.

No-shows create problems beyond simply missing a match. They can require us to rebuild brackets, leave players without an opponent, change match schedules, and take away from the competitive experience of other players who registered expecting a full tournament.

We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen. Communication is the key. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make adjustments and provide the best experience for everyone.
